Bell Geospace has an immediate need for a Sales Support Geoscientist in its Houston office. The main focus of this position is to support all sales efforts by providing technical expertise needed by sales personnel and company's clients to interpret geophysical surveys.

The Desired Profile :

B.S. in Geoscience, Geology or equivalent field

Minimum of 2 years relevant experience working with the preparation and interpretation of geophysical surveys for mining exploration

Strong communication and organizational skills

Self-starter who works with minimal supervision

Ability to accommodate flexible assignments and changing priorities

Willingness to learn new skills in a dynamically changing environment

Due to US Government controls of our technology, citizens of countries on the State Department embargo list may not qualify (http://www.pmddtc.state.gov/country.htm)
Experience or proven knowledge in the following areas will be considered as a plus:
- Mining and/or petroleum industry exploration background
- Potential fields related processing and interpretation techniques
- Experience with Geosoft Oasis Montaj and Northwest Geophysical's GMSYS
