Bell Geospace, develops and sells high resolution gravity gradient solutions to the mining, oil and gas, and government sectors using its FTG (Full Tensor Gravity) system.
Air-FTG® places the FTG system on an airborne platform, such as the twin engine BT-67, providing a more precise definition of geological features. Marine-FTG®, where the FTG system is mounted in a marine vessel, is particularly powerful for offshore oil & gas exploration in areas that traditionally have poor seismic quality such as near salt or basalt or in overthrust areas..
Throughout the years, Bell Geospace's geophysicists and engineers have developed acquisition, processing, and interpretation techniques, which deployed altogether make the full 3D gravity tensor a meaningful and unique source for capturing and shaping shallow and deep geology.
Bell Geospace maintains a large library of non-proprietary Marine-FTG® data that has been acquired in the Gulf of Mexico available for license.
